I downloaded this app to track a car I was shipping. It has been pretty much useless. It was never updated to reflect what was going on with the shipment. It had a quick link to call or email but thats about the extent of its worth.

I downloaded this app to search for loads. There is no option to look for loads. It only asks me to start a shipment. Useless!

So far the app seems to only let you answer questions from bidders. You cant edit your shipment details even though it allows you to create one. It would be a more useful app if it allowed the user to edit shipment details. It does allow you to delete the listing if you no longer need shipment services.

This App has the potential to be awesome. However the drivers dont bother to update it, making it a useless waste of time. UShip can become and great service provider like Uber, but they will have to improve communication significantly

The app wont even launch come on man

The app is OK but the powers that be decided to only set locAtion services as always or never. So when the app is off I still waste data because it shows my location. Please fix this. Realtime location is only effective when the app is up and running where you see this. In the mean time I will just use the website because it is just as easy as the app.

Ive had this app off and on for a little over a year now, and it constantly will not work from my phone. Now its to the point where I cant even login from my phone, FIX THIS CRAP!!!

It doesnt work right at all for iPhone. I cant view all my post. Only the first shown rest doesnt display. It is a bug they have to fix.

Great ease of access to the site. Its still coming along as an app. Still i can use it on the road to find loads. It seems like they have a hard time with there compression rates on the app, but mind you that they dont have the tech support apple does...

Does not let me choose states in the search box. Lost my saved searches. Pls fix

The app has been working just fine till you guys decided it was a bright idea to fix an unbroken app. I have had to remove and download 5xs now. The issue is states not showing up and only all is what you see. This was an issue 2 years ago, so go back and please. Also, should consider iPad app since their are so many of your shippers and transporters using them for everything now.

Youre better off selling your car and buying a new one where it needs to be. It will be cheaper and less work.

Downloaded and started a bid to transport my car in minutes. Offers roll in within the hour. Works perfect. A++

This is useful application. It saves time to search for a route.

I have bids but they dont show up in the app making it useless to me.

"Oops we cant handle this right now" is the error I get on my iPhone 6s right after this update. I have been using uShip for the last 5 years. I love uShip. Please fix this QUICK!!!

Great app however the new update it doesnt show my shipments. It says oops there was a problem and we cannot process the request right now.

The app only lets you respond once to a message. So if you type "hello" with the intent to continue your message, but accidentally hit send....youre screwed. "Hello" is all theyll get, and youll look like a fool.

Didnt want to leave well enough alone? Always tinkering never satisfied? You just made the app completely useless! I cant even get it to download the update, it is stuck. Way to go! Please fix...
