App is a good idea but it keeps signing me out when I switch pages to view shipment details and other things. Have reported problem and hope they fix it.

When you reply to email sends you to the app to download again. The sync between app and computer needs work. The load finder map needs work as it loses jobs when zooming in unless you are over top of pin.

Crashes constantly. Doesnt remember if your logged in or not. Useless interface. Offers hardly the options on the site. Very poorly thought out app for such a potentially useful app. USELESS!

It is ok for viewing your ads. But would be nice to be able to create and edit your ads. Plus would be very useful to be able to view the shippers info before proceeding with a shipment. Right now the website is the best option.

Doesnt let you bid on jobs. Crashes and is really buggy. Needs to be redesigned.

Cant do anything usefull with this app, plz fix this, upgrades and updates plz

Could be a very useful app but its extremely buggy and slow. Sometimes it says you have questions to answer, then next time it doesnt. Shipper contact info is mixed up with transporter info, etc. please fix!

As a provider on uship this app would be great if it worked. Its very glitchy, does not show your watched shipments when I does work etc needs work

Not impressed. Slow and lacks tools.

Its now shipper friendly anymore. I can select dates I want based off customer range, cant put within days for delivery anymore (delivery options days) and my remarks arent retained in the comments section.

iPhone app is totally useless. Messages come in 20-40 min later than posted, why? Why? Why?

You post and then all sorts of yahoos contact you having ignored your posted needs (like using an enclosed trailer when all they have is an open flatbed) they will make a deal and then fail to further communicate or show up, one cancelled after payment was made to uship (and uship only refunds 90% as though the cancel is your fault) and they always try to upcharge after taking your bike hostage.

This app did not update my shipment status at all and the car was delivered. I would not use this again its unreliable.

The app use to work great , now its a pain to use and gives errors a lot .. Whats going on ? I hope this is fixed soon!

I dont usually write reviews but the company did an awesome job handling my shipment. They are very transparent and supportive of your needs if you need help with something. Yes there are some kinks in the app, which you can get around, but you can definitely put trust into the Uship company

This app used to work great and I loved it but now the updated one wont let me bid on anything. :(

App is unusable after the bid is accepted. It never updates that truck was dispatched, or that the shipment was picked up.

My shipper canceled on me and Uship plans to keep 10% of bid price...and gives me a deadline of a year to use their service again. The app is completely useless, in fact prevents effective communication between shipper and customer to ensure details can be accommodated BEFORE accepting be bid. Further there is no "mail" checking option in the app - you have to login the the we site to get the message that your shipper canceled.
